Dave Brown, MBA - has over 30 years of experience as an investment and risk management advisor.  He is founder and President of D&E Financial Services, Inc. of Akron, Ohio, managing over $45 Million in assets.  He has earned BS and MS degrees from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA in Business Management from the University of Akron.  He is a registered pricipal with Securities America, Inc., and maintains Life, Health, and Variable Annuity licenses.

Mike Brock, MBA - has over 30 years of experience as a financial executive, and has held various positions in Fortune 500 companies such as Mobil Oil, American Can Company, and Tektronix, Inc.  He has been a founding executive of several start-up electronics companies.  He was a Chief Financial Officer for over 20 years and holds a BA in Accounting and MBA in Finance.  He maintains a Life and Health and Annuity License from the State of Florida.
